Whattaday! Haha.
When I woke up this morning, I didn’t want to go to school. Maybe because it was raining outside. It was a bit dark. It was the perfect day to declare “no classes” in all levels in Metro Manila. I even had a dream before waking up, dreaming that the typhoon was going to hit Manila today. Haha. But, dissappointing as it is, there was still classes.
Since mu umbrella gotlost last week in the math building (Apparently, I left it there, and someone took it from the stack of lost umbrellas the following day), I decided to bring my bright neon-ish orange jacket. Haha. It’s the only jacket that I got with a hood. I would bring my Pisay jacket IF I still had my umbrella. Haha. Oh well. So the whole time from condo to MRT, I wore my jacket and hugging my bag so that it won’t get all wet inside. Haha. It worked! Yehey!
My bright jacket is an eye-sore, even to me. Haha. It’s too bright. When you look at it for about 5 seconds, your eyes begin to be in a significant amount of pain. Haha. But the good thing is, it is distinct. Haha. Krisha was able to find me just by finding my jacket. Haha.
Anyways, as I was riding the jeep from the MRT to UP, someone greeted me. It was my Physics lec prof! Haha. How amazing. Of all the places we can meet. Haha. We got to chatting. She said she was also expecting an announcement from the government that there would be no classes. Haha. We were hoping. But our hopes turned into ashes. Oh well.
We have a problem set for Chem due on Monday. Haha. Oh well.
My chem lab partner didn’t show up today. Haha. I don’t know why. At first, I thought he was cramming his post-lab that was due today. But, then I realized that he wasn’t in school the whole day. Maybe he’s sick. Maybe. Haha.
We had an early dismissal in Chem lab, so Krisha and I were able to go to CSLib and study (not sleep!). Haha. While she was busy rewriting notes for Chem, I was busy correcting/rewriting my oh so very great math problem set. The instructions clearly stated that there should be no erasures. Haha. So when you make a mistake, you rewrite the whole page. Haha.
Math was, weird. Haha.
Another casualty happened. Apparently, a coup happened this noon. Haha. Tanks and all that crap. How sad. Haha. I would say that that coup wasn’t really powerful at all. Why? We still have classes. If it was powerful, then we shouldn’t have classes right? Oh well.
I’m supposed to write here something about Sen. Trillanes and his very great achievements (with a sarcastic smirk). But, I am beginning to realize that this is becoming a long entry. Haha.
My point: Does he really think he’s helping the people? First of all, he’s causing MAJOR TRAFFIC in the southern part since Ayala was closed. Second, the tourists who were staying in Man Peninsula (am I right?) were urgently evacuated, and would probably think that the Philippines is more chaotic than they initially thought. Third, he caused major damage on the hotel. And Last, he never realy finished it. I mean, if you start something, you should end it right? But no. He surrendered. It just made the whole thing pointless. Nice.
Oh well.
But then again, “great people are not realized at their time”. Haha. Problem is, is he really that great? And what makes him think that he’s the savior of the people and the state?
So, in conclusion, instead of having a peaceful 2hour travel from Manila to home, Sen. Trillanes and the great big truck which had an accident on SLEX made my trip a whopping 5 hours! Haha. x_X.
The trick in helping is not knowing if you really are helping and not making things worse.
