the one who played the whole weekend

27 01 2008

[X] Physics PS
[ ] Physics HW
[X] Chem RDR
[ ] Chem Prelab
[ ] Chem PS

Woohoo! This is nice. Really nice.

I wasn’t able to copy the items that are going to be answered for the Chem PS, and it seems that no one is replying regarding this part of my to-do list. Haha. Just great.

Physics HW, I have an idea on how to answer it, but I think it’s not the solution our lecturer is asking us. Haha. So I plan to copy tomorrow from my classmates. Just hope I can get to class early so I can copy. Haha.

Chem Pre-Lab is soooooooooooooo looooooooooooong!

Haha. Internet is not so good for the past 30 minutes.

In any case, nothing much happened this weekend. All I did was play, play, play and play. Yeah! Go ME!!!

the one waiting

26 01 2008

This is nice. Talent’s Night is just a week away. And I think that none of us have even begun practicing. Yeah!

In anycase, I am supposed to be in charge of the program committee – invites, general rehearsals, theme, ang the program flow itself. The thing is, only about a half of the total applicants have told me what they are going to perform. So, it’s really hard to think of a theme, title, and all those other things without my co-apps telling me what they are going to do. Oh well. x_X.

Oh well. I did set a deadline though so we, the program committee, can mobilize and do our job. Monday. Haha.

Less homeworks nowadays. RDR. Chem and Physics PS. Math PS would be emailed today or tonight. Or not. Haha.

I was able to play Katharine McPhee’s “Everywhere I Go” through the piano and my trusty iPod. Haha. Happiness! It’s a nice song. Hehehehe.

Giving is good, as long as you’re getting.

the one with a little respect

25 01 2008

This is a really old song. Haha. But it still one of my favorites. Yeah

I tried to discover a little something to make me sweeter
Oh baby refrain from breaking my heart
I’m so in love with you
I’ll be forever blue
That you give me no reason, you know you’re making me work so hard
That you give me no…soul
I hear you calling
Oh baby please give a little respect to me

And if I should falter, would you open your arms out to me?
We can make love not war, and live in peace with our hearts
I’m so in love with you,
I’ll be forever blue
What religion or reason could drive a man to forsake his lover?
Don’t you tell me no…soul
I hear you calling
Oh baby please, give a little respect to me

I’m so in love with you
I’ll be forever blue
That you give me no reason
You know you’re making me work so hard
That you give me no…soul
I hear you calling
Oh baby, please give a little respect to me
Oh baby, please give a little respect to me

the one about our second year adviser

24 01 2008

Haha. This is nice. I am supposed to print something here at netopia for my comm3 class tomorrow since we don’t have any ink left in the condo. Haha. And yet, I am prioritizing this blog post over those. Haha. Great job!

In any case, how are your lives going on?

I just visited Pisay about an hour ago. Originally, I was not really going since I wanted to rest and I still need to go to my dentist. Haha. And only now did my dentist texted me that my appointment would be moved to this saturday. Great. So, instead of going home early, I went with Kim to go to our former school. The first, and perhaps the only person I got to talking within my one and a half hour visit in my school would be my 2nd year adviser, Sir Espinas. Not much has changed for him though. Still waering polo. Still with the gel. Still short (sorry). And still talkative and friendly. Haha.

It seems though that we talked about a lot of stuff. Increase in tuition. UPLB vs UPD. Sir V***a***t, and all those other funny moments. Just like friends I guess. But what really struck me was that our 2nd year adviser would be going to Germany next year! What! Yes. he will go to Germany for his Master’s Degree in Biology. Don’t know which University in Germany. But the point is, he got a scholarship for his Master’s Degree in another country. He even told me that he already received (I think his admission). Wow. Great isn’t it?

It’s nice to see some of the faces from the past to continue being successful and being able to succeed more just after a few years. I wish I could also succeed like him. Haha. Go Sir Espinas!

Haha.

Back to comm3.

Sometimes, moving on for the rest of your life, starts with goodbye.

the one watching

21 01 2008

Jayvee and I got back here around 6:15pm. Haha. We were supposed to arrive here relatively early since we don’t have anything in particular to do. But, everything deviated from what was planned. It all started when…

Jayvee: “Bili tayo ng Ice Cream”

And so we did buy ice cream in snowstorm, 20php. Haha. Reasonable enough, though now that I am saying it, it feels as though it is overpriced. Haha.

Then we went to St. Francis Square to buy some DVD’s (pirated ones. haha). I was able to buy Saw IV and Beowulf (yes, WE haven’t watched beowulf yet. haha.). And Jayvee bought his concert dvd. Haha.

Then, we decided to go to Richmonde since he belonged to the selected chem16 students (and past ones too) who would be attending a seminar tomorrow evening around 6:30pm. Haha. So unfair. I want a surpris job oppotunity too!

But, then again, that would be another balance for me to do. Right now, I am having a difficult time balancing everything. Haha. I still am able to balance them. It’s just that I am having a hard time keeping it that way. Not to mention my everyday blogging (ranting) which is diminishing to the rate of every other day. Haha.

And now, we are currently watching SAW IV!

WAAAAAAAAHHHH

In any case, that’s all I guess. I still have a lot of things to do. None to submit tomorrow, but many to submit this week! Wah!

Cherish your life.

the one who would do chem

20 01 2008

Chem RDR. Chem PS. Yeah! Go me!

Cramming is the result of countless hours playing computer games instead of typing and doing your homework. Wahahahaha.

I didn’t understand anything about buffers. Anyone care to explain how the hell does buffer works? And what is this so-called “common ion effect”? Crap.

It’s been 5 years since I bought something from the store that I used to buy when I was in elementary. Haha. The same old people were still there. The old lady who always sat on the center (probably the mother or the owner of the business/sari-sari store). The girl who always asked me what I was going to buy when I was a kid was still there (only difference is that I think she got fat). Here brothers (I think) are still there, and as usual, lifting this and that to different places. Nothing changed really. Haha. Still a lot of people as usual. Haha.

Oh! I forgot. More chem Pre-Labs. x_X. Great. Just great.

I so want this to be over. I so want this to be through. And yet somehow it always comes back to you…
